McNair provides services and support to established organizations such as interim management, providing capacity in certain areas, etc.  This type of service often uses a retainer-style relationship.

Some recent project examples include the following:

Global Transportation Hub Authority (2011, 2012)

Since the Global Transportation Hub’s (GTH) inception in 2009, McNair has provided support for one of Saskatchewan`s most important economic development initiatives. The services McNair has provided for the GTH include strategic planning, financial planning, infrastructure development and tenant attraction, and a variety of other management consulting services. Throughout the relationship McNair has worked closely with executive management to deliver these services.

Applebee's Neighbourhood Grill & Bar Saskatchewan (2011, 2012)

McNair provides services to Applebee's Neighbourhood Grill & Bar Saskatchewan since 2007 by providing marketing and operational (back office) support to the local franchisee.  Some services include the planning and execution of marketing activities, managing financing, lease and franchisor agreements, managing local programs and sponsorships, and assisting with back office operations.

Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region (2011, 2012)

McNair has been working with the RQHR since 1998, providing business solutions and support to the RQHR team.  Services include managing the rqhealth.ca website and assisting with certain projects such as the ImmuTrax Program (October 2008) and online Well Wishes program (June 2010).  McNair continues to work with RQHR to identify new opportunities and support existing programs within the health region.
