Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan has built a strong, strategic relationship with McNair over a number of years.  McNair has provided a variety of business and management consulting services to ISC throughout the years including strategic planning, business model definition, implementation planning, and project facilitation.

Prairie Innovation Enterprise Region (2011, 2012)

PIER engaged McNair to provide three key deliverables: 1) a regional housing Needs/Demand Assessment to provide an understanding of the housing needs and demands across the housing continuum  (to view a copy of the final report please click here), 2) planning, logistics and all coordination of a one day Housing Forum that was hosted in Humboldt on March 22, 2012, and 3) exploration and evaluation of Concepts for a Regional Housing Mechanism.  Throughout the project McNair engaged directly with industries, municipalities and stakeholders in the region.

Regina Qu'Appelle Health Region, Communications Department (2011, 2012)

In 2011, McNair conducted a Review and Strategic Alignment for the RQHR Communications Department.  The project included a core function assessment, best practices research, and service delivery model development with recommendations on capacity, capabilities and structure.

SaskEnergy (2011, 2012)

In 2011, McNair began working with SaskEnergy to conduct an analysis of the Crown Corporation’s strategic direction. During the engagement McNair developed an assessment of the provincial economy, analyzed the current strategy of SaskEnergy and worked closely with the Executive team to develop a strategy that aligns with Saskatchewan’s growing economy. McNair also facilitated two strategic planning sessions between the Executive and Board of Directors.
